Right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days

When you buy from the fruttberry online store, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at info@fruttberry.com and include your order number.

fruttberry products are food supplements, so for health protection and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened packs or packs with a broken seal. Only unopened goods in undamaged packaging that are within their best-before date can be returned.

How to return

1. Email us at info@fruttberry.com and include your order number.
2. Within 14 days of notifying us, send the goods to: UAB “Fruttberry”, Kirtimų g. 61, 02244 Vilnius.
3. The cost of return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless you received a wrong, damaged or defective item.

Refunds

We will refund you no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used to pay. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

Please check your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days and attach a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
