UAB „Fruttberry“, together with scientists from the Kaunas University of Technology (KTU) Food Institute, is implementing a project co-funded by the European Union: „R.I.S.E. #ResilienceInspirationSelf-careEngagement — innovation for a health-friendly bar“.
The goal of the project is to create an innovative bar by integrating advanced, science-based approaches to food product development. During development, the aim is to formulate a composition that supports valid nutrition claims about protein and fiber content, while also evaluating the product's composition, taste, texture and technological properties.
The project is implemented under the funding measure „R&D Commercialisation Project Activities for Spin-off Companies“.

Collaboration with KTU
During the project, UAB „Fruttberry“ collaborates with scientists from the KTU Food Institute to develop and evaluate the new product's prototype. The collaboration covers recipe formulation, ingredient selection, technological solution development and prototype evaluation.
