Right to withdraw from the contract
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw from the contract
To withdraw from the purchase contract, please send us an email stating:
- your full name;
- order number;
- order date;
- the item(s) you wish to return.
Upon receipt of your request, we will provide detailed return instructions.
Refunds
If the return meets the requirements of applicable law and our return conditions, we will refund the money no later than 14 calendar days from the day we receive information about your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The money will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods
You must send back the goods no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from the contract.
The returned item must be:
- in its original, undamaged packaging;
- unused;
- not having lost its marketable appearance;
- suitable for resale, if the nature of the product allows it.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
In accordance with the legal acts of the European Union and the Republic of Lithuania, the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract does not apply to the following goods:
- food supplements if their packaging has been opened or damaged after delivery for health protection and hygiene reasons;
- food products, including freeze-dried fruits, if their packaging has been opened or damaged after delivery;
- goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons;
- other goods for which the right of withdrawal does not apply under applicable law.
Unopened goods in original and undamaged packaging may be returned, provided this does not contradict applicable legal acts.
